Maz Mogannam is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos. Maz works with homebuyers and sellers throughout the Silicon Valley area of California. 

 

Maz has 15 years of experience in the sales field.  He began his career in commercial printing sales.  While working for Citation Press in Santa Clara, Maz maintained the honor of top salesman for three years, and led the corporate sales group with the highest sales for two years in a row.

 

In order to pursue his long-time interest in real estate, Maz then switched fields into residential home sales. He currently focuses his efforts on Santa Clara County, specializing in relocation and first time homebuyers and sellers.  In 2003, Maz attained the International Sterling Society Award at Coldwell Banker, signifying the top 23 percent of Coldwell Banker Sales Associates worldwide.  Personal integrity, strong negotiating skills and persistence are the tools Maz employs to make his business a success.

 

Currently, Maz is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, RE InfoLink, California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

 

Maz graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Business Management.  In his spare time, Maz enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and traveling. A Bay Area resident for over 30 years, Maz spent many years in Los Altos and currently resides in the San Jose  area with his wife, daughter and son.
